The Role
- To be part of Zeta’s platform experience team, building intuitive experiences for Site reliability engineers, SaaS banking product publishers and Bank’s developers. The experience team is working on providing industry first capability to create SaaS products and wholesome experience of observing, diagnosing those products and platform to maintain performance/business.
- As a Senior UX Designer, you will take on design leadership responsibilities within a product area, with a great amount of influence over our end-user experience across different user personas in that product. You will have the opportunity to work on crafting the best Digital Platform Experiences serving large financial institutions encompassing credit cards, commercial credit, deposits, loans, family banking and other financial products and services. The projects comprise designing modern UX for web based engineering, SaaS product manager and customer facing
Responsibilities
- End-to-End UX Ownership
- Own the entire UX design process from concept to implementation, ensuring a cohesive and delightful end-to-end user experience.
- User Research - Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points, translating insights into design decisions.
- Persona-Driven Design - Craft user personas and design solutions that cater to diverse user needs within the financial products and services space.
- Collaboration - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Prototyping - Create interactive prototypes to visualize and test design concepts, iterating based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Design Systems - Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across different products and platforms.

Skills
- Proficient in Figma.
- Experience with tools such as Lottie, Framer, or Webflow.
- Strong ability to recognize and predict use cases and user interaction, including happy path as well as edge and corner cases, and incorporate them in designs.
- Good knowledge of UX copywriting
- Outstanding communication/presentation skills to showcase your design
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years to 9 years of interaction design work experience.
- Experience designing enterprise/business software, services, developer tools, IT, or other complex software systems.
- Design engineering systems and products, and be able to absorb the associated (complex) domain knowledge.
