Job Summary
We are looking for a talented UX Designer with 4–6 years of experience to design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The role involves collaborating with design team, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in user-centered design process, usability testing, and prototyping, along with a proven portfolio of impactful design work.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centric experiences from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Collaborate with strategy, design, product, engineering, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions.
- Participate in user research and usability testing to identify key pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Communicate design ideas and decisions clearly within the team and with stakeholders
- Ensure consistency with UX best practices and established design guidelines
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Work closely with developers and UI designers to support implementation
Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in UX design for web and/or mobile applications
- Good understanding of user-centered design principles and the UX design process
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration
- Ability to conduct and contribute to user research activities
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- A portfolio that demonstrates your UX thinking and ability to solve real-world problems
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field is preferred.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with tools like Miro, Hotjar, or Google Analytics
- Understanding of accessibility and responsive design fundamentals
- Experience working in Agile environments
