Position Overview: 

As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our SaaS platform. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design intuitive, user-centered experiences that help practitioners navigate and benefit from our technology with ease. 
 
This role requires a skilled UX professional who combines user research, interaction design, and visual design to deliver polished and practical solutions. You thrive in fast-paced environments, advocate for users, and are passionate about creating seamless digital experiences. 

Your Areas of Accountability: 

• Design end-to-end user experiences and workflows that align with product strategy and user needs. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to define requirements and create elegant solutions. 

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to guide design decisions. 

• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively. 

• Ensure design consistency and usability across the platform by maintaining and contributing to a shared design system. 

• Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and continuously improve UX. 

• Stay up to date with UX best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies. 

• Advocate for accessibility, usability, and user-centered design across the organization. 

Competencies for Success: 

• 6+ years of UX design experience in a SaaS or software product environment. 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions across web or mobile applications. 

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. 

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. 

• Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to non-design audiences. 

• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design. 

• Collaborative mindset with experience working in agile or cross-functional teams. 

• Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for great design. 

At PracticeTek we carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors to determine our offers of employment. This includes internal and external market factors as well as your individual experience and skills. These considerations can cause compensation to vary but we reasonably expect to pay between $60,750 - $129,168 for this position.
