Job Description
As a Senior CX/UX Designer, you will take on a more influential role in driving the design process. You will work on complex user flows, high-fidelity prototypes, and lead user research initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for complex projects.
- Plan and conduct comprehensive user research studies and usability tests.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable design recommendations.
- Develop and uphold design systems and ensure consistency across products.
- Mentor junior team members and provide constructive feedback on their work.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
- Drive the iterative design process based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and technologies.
- Present and defend design decisions based on user research and best practices.
- Ensure all design work adheres to accessibility standards and guidelines.
Requirements
- Wireframing: Advanced skills in creating detailed and user-centered wireframes and user flows.
- User Research: Proficiency in planning, conducting, and analyzing comprehensive user research studies.
- Prototyping: Strong ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
- Usability Testing: Expertise in leading usability tests and deriving impactful design insights.
- Design Systems: Advanced knowledge of developing and maintaining consistent design systems.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to align cross-functional efforts.
- Presentation: Advanced skills in presenting design rationale and user research findings.
- Accessibility: Competence in designing accessible user experiences according to standards.
