Position Summary:

In the Senior User Experience Designer position, you’ll shape our digital customer journey by recommending and implementing design improvements across AI applications, websites, and platforms to align with customer needs and business goals. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to gather user requirements, create prototypes, and refine designs based on customer feedback to deliver an exceptional, AI-driven digital experience. Success in this role requires proficiency with design software, wireframing and prototyping tools, a solid understanding of data structures and solution architecture, and strong interpersonal skills.

What You’ll Do and Impact:

Lead user experience and interface design for AI, web, and mobile platforms by developing journey maps, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create detailed customer personas and scenarios.

Apply user research and data analytics to guide design decisions.

Leverage user-centered design and ‘design thinking’ methodologies, presenting these approaches effectively to stakeholders.

Transform ideas into visual concepts and translate them into prototypes or actionable product recommendations.

Analyze usability test results and suggest enhancements to elevate user experience and maximize customer value.

Apply and contribute to the design system, ensuring alignment with brand standards across applications.

Stay updated on the latest techniques and innovations in user experience and interaction design.
Experience:
-
Bachelors degree in human-computer interaction, human factors or related field
-
5+ years design experience focused on web and mobile experiences.

Understanding of design research methodologies and usability testing / analysis
-
Experience conducting usability tests, analyzing feedback, and iterating on designs to improve user satisfaction and performance.
Additional Items of Interest:
