In this role, you will work closely with product managers, designers, developers, and key stakeholders to design, execute, and analyze usability tests for our healthcare products. Your expertise will ensure that our products not only meet but exceed the highest standards of usability, performance, and safety, delivering a seamless and user-friendly experience. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage high-level usability testing strategies for complex digital healthcare platforms.
  • Collaborate with the UX team to create detailed usability test plans, scenarios, and scripts.
  • Oversee participant recruitment and manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring the right user demographics are engaged.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from usability tests identifying key trends and patterns to inform product enhancements.
  • Create comprehensive usability test reports and present findings and recommendations to leadership, product, and engineering teams.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to iterate and refine designs based on user feedback.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in usability testing and user experience design.
  • Mentor junior team members and other departments on usability testing methodologies and user-centered design principles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human Interaction, Psychology, UX Design, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in usability testing and UX research.
  • Strong understanding of usability principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in usability testing tools (e.g., Lookback, User Testing, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with healthcare-related products is a plus.
