We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer who will become part of our team and assist in creating intuitive and appealing products for our users.

 


Strategy / Product

  • Strategic planning: Defining and expressing strategies and goals based on the company's brand and target audience, and conveying this information to the team.
  • Developing and assessing user requirements alongside project managers and engineers.
  • Conducting A/B testing and final optimization of design.
  • Participation in the compilation of the Roadmap and control of the UI backlog.

Main Duties

  • Development and Implementation of UI/UX Concepts: Conducting research into business and system requirements. Creating prototypes and mockups based on research findings.
  • User Experience Testing: Conducting tests of the user experience.
  • Collaboration with Developer and Product Manager Teams: Collaborating with the team of developers and product managers to create and update products.
  • Development and Support of UI Library: Maintaining a UI components library.
  • User Needs Research and Analysis: Carrying out research and user needs analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
  • Development and Implementation of UX Strategy: Developing and implementing UX strategy for assigned products. Maintaining and adding to the UX reference guide with implemented cases. Covering new interface elements with specifications.
  • Providing Expert Evaluation: Supporting the team by solving UI/UX related problems and proposing reasonable solutions.
  • Conducting Author's Supervision: Supervising before the product launch to live.
  • Maintaining Project Storage Structure in Figma: Ensuring the structure of project storage is maintained in Figma.
  • Delegation as Necessary: Delegating a portion of tasks to designers if necessary, author's supervision, ensuring execution control.
  • Ability to independently handle non-standard tasks or find unconventional solutions to problems.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position for at least 3-4 years.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating complex interactive interfaces.
  • Excellent understanding of UX and UI principles.
  • Experience working with design tools such as Figma, Sketch and Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in prototyping and knowledge of tools for it in Figma (good to have experience with Framer, or prior experience with InVision or Marvel).
  • Experience in user research and understanding of research methodologies.
  • Ability to adapt design for different platforms and devices.

Desirable Skills

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS.
  • Experience working with Agile or Lean methodologies.
  • Experience working in an international environment, with international interfaces.

Personal Qualities

  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team.
  • Oversight of an additional designer who temporarily assists on the project.
  • Good communication skills. Being able to listen and discuss. A high level of responsibility and result-oriented.
  • Openness to new experiences and willingness to learn and expand skills.
