Generates qualified B2B leads and international sales opportunities for AI, automation, software, cloud, and development services. Responsibilities include prospect research, cold calling and emailing, LinkedIn outreach, AI-powered lead qualification, discovery calls, proposal support, CRM management, competitor research, objection handling, and assisting with negotiations and deal closure. The role targets clients across the USA, Canada, UK, and GCC and requires achievement of lead, meeting, and revenue targets.

Supports IT services pre-sales by gathering and analyzing requirements, developing functional solutions, preparing business and technical documentation, responding to proposals and RFPs, coordinating feasibility estimates, conducting market and technology research, and assisting with client presentations, demonstrations, and project handovers.

Develop and maintain PHP applications using Laravel and WordPress. Build RESTful APIs, integrate third-party web services, optimize MySQL and jQuery code, and create or customize WordPress themes, plugins, widgets, and content types. Troubleshoot plugin conflicts, address cross-browser issues, manage secure WordPress installations, and produce clean, reusable, documented code. Collaborate remotely with a team while contributing to version control and potentially CI/CD processes.

Design intuitive, responsive web and mobile interfaces, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and scalable design systems. Conduct UX research and usability testing, incorporate feedback, and collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA to deliver accurate, accessible implementations. The role requires strong Figma expertise, visual design skills, front-end awareness, and effective use of AI-powered design tools.

Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications, including functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing. Create test plans, scenarios, cases, execution reports, and defect documentation. Use Jira or similar tools to track bugs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, validate APIs and databases, and participate in Agile ceremonies. Leverage AI tools to generate testing assets and Playwright scripts, while reviewing outputs for accuracy and business relevance.
