This role is centered on user-centered design, research, interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping to create intuitive, efficient, and accessible experiences for operations users working in high-volume, data-dense environments. The role will define end-to-end user journeys, establish scalable design patterns, and partner closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to translate operational complexity into elegant, usable product experiences.

  • Translate complex business processes and operational requirements into user journeys, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, workflow discovery, and usability testing to uncover pain points and validate design decisions.
  • Design intuitive experiences for data-heavy enterprise scenarios, including exception handling, review and validation workflows, decision support, and productivity-focused interfaces.
  • Define and evolve reusable design patterns, interaction standards, and component guidance to ensure consistency and scalability across the application.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to align user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints into effective solutions.
  • Advocate for accessibility, usability, and design quality throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Continuously improve existing experiences by analyzing feedback, identifying friction points, and proposing more effective interaction models.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Information Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in UX design for enterprise or complex digital products, with strong depth in workflow-oriented and data-dense applications.
  • Strong expertise in interaction design, information architecture, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting user research, usability studies, and translating findings into actionable product and design improvements.
  • Experience designing for enterprise platforms, operations workflows, or other complex systems where efficiency, clarity, and scalability are critical.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility, inclusive design principles, and usability best practices for professional software products.
  • Proficiency with Figma and other UX design tools for low-fidelity and high-fidelity design, prototyping, and design documentation.
  • Experience contributing to or defining design systems, component guidance, and pattern libraries.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders while balancing user needs with business and technical realities.
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain design rationale clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership.
