Job Description

We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented Senior UI Designer to join our Creative team. In this role, you will manage and maintain our brand's digital design system in Figma, ensuring a pixel-perfect, cohesive visual experience across all digital touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest standards of design quality and consistency.

Qualifications

What you'll get to do:

• Manage and maintain the brand's digital design system in Figma, ensuring consistency and high standards across all digital platforms. 
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, delivering pixel-perfect designs that align with brand guidelines. 
• Work closely with UX designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design and technology. 
• Create visually appealing and functional UI designs that enhance user interaction and engagement. 
• Develop and iterate on design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes, focusing on user needs and business goals. 
• Implement design best practices, ensuring that all digital products are visually consistent and user-friendly. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX, Tech, and Marketing, to align design efforts with organizational goals. 
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, providing clear rationale and context for design decisions. 
• Ensure that all designs are accessible, responsive, and optimized for various devices and screen sizes. 
• Stay current with design trends and tools, continuously improving the design system and processes.

Who you are:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI design, interaction design, or related fields. 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. 
• Proven experience managing and maintaining design systems, with strong proficiency in Figma. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing pixel-perfect design skills and attention to detail. 
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a solid understanding of web development processes. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
• Passion for design, with a keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and typography.

The salary range for this role is $90,000 per year - $120,000 per year.
