About the roleAs our Senior Transformation Manager, you’ll take the lead on high-impact transformation projects that unlock Dyson’s potential in the Middle East and Africa. From the first blueprint to the finishing touch, you’ll drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and boost commercial success.
Key responsibilities:
- Own projects end-to-end: Manage small to large-scale business transformation initiatives, upholding Dyson’s high standards in project delivery and stakeholder communication.
- Shape for growth: Design and implement change programmes that streamline operations and drive profitability.
- Spot opportunity: Analyse markets and processes to find ways Dyson can out-think and outpace competitors.
- Collaborate globally: Build relationships across local, regional, and global teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and transparency at every stage.
- Lead with insight: Use research and business data to inform strategic decisions and support commercial negotiations.
Your work will directly influence how Dyson grows in MEA—today and into the future.
About you- A seasoned business transformation expert who thrives on change
- At least ten years’ experience in consulting or commercial business transformation roles
- Excellent project management skills, from planning to execution and reporting
- An energy to dive in where the stakes are highest and emerge with solutions that work
- A natural relationship-builder—clear communicator and persuasive presenter
- A strategic, commercial thinker with a hands-on, proactive mindset
- A skilled negotiator and influencer, fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Committed, analytical, and comfortable leading teams or working independently
- Degree qualified, with a curiosity that never quits
