Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead training execution of new and existing FSAs

  • Work directly with training liaisons and business managers to plan and execute learning events; advise on deliverables and deadlines.

  • Conduct training needs and skill gap analyses.

  • Work closely with the distributor leadership and key stakeholders to provide cost-effective, timely, and appropriate learning solutions.

  • Design innovative training program materials incorporating adult learning theory.

  • Research and recommend new training technologies, as available.

  • Assist in overall new program design with oversight from the manager or consultant, design training modules.

  • Provide professional judgment in evaluating and recommending training options, tactics, and programs.

  • At least 4 years of training experience in the insurance industry.
