We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to join our regional Training & Education team as Senior Training & Education Specialist, Aortic . This role will focus on building and delivering impactful education programs for healthcare professionals, field teams, technical support teams, and cross-functional stakeholders across Asia.

The successful candidate will use strong clinical and technical expertise in Aortic therapies to train, educate, and enable internal and external stakeholders, helping advance procedural excellence, therapy adoption, customer confidence, and patient care. The role will partner closely with Marketing, Commercial, Clinical, Medical Science, and regional/country teams to design, deliver, and continuously improve scalable Aortic education programs aligned with business priorities and customer needs.

This role is regional in scope and may require travel across Asia and support outside standard working hours when needed.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Plan, develop, coordinate, and deliver regional Aortic Training & Education programs for healthcare professionals, field teams, technical support teams, and relevant internal stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain structured Aortic learning pathways, training materials, course content, education tools, case-based learning resources, and training aids aligned with regional business priorities and therapy requirements.

  • Support education programs related to Aortic therapies, including EVAR, TEVAR, case planning, product knowledge, procedural workflows, IFU-based training, and therapy best practices where applicable.

  • Partner with regional and country commercial teams to identify priority markets, capability gaps, training needs, and education opportunities across Asia.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Clinical, Business Development, and Commercial stakeholders to ensure Aortic education programs are aligned with therapy strategy, launch readiness, market development needs, and customer segmentation.

  • Support the development and execution of HCP education programs, preceptorships, proctorships, workshops, peer-to-peer education, faculty engagement, and regional education events where relevant.

  • Help build and maintain a regional network of qualified Aortic faculty, trainers, proctors, and centers of excellence to support scalable education across Asia.

  • Ensure training programs meet internal business objectives, customer needs, quality standards, and applicable compliance requirements.

  • Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders and customers to evaluate training effectiveness, capture feedback, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Continuously update lesson plans, training content, and education resources to reflect new products, evolving clinical practices, market needs, and therapy developments.

  • Support regional standardization of Aortic education processes, including consistent training architecture, documentation, certification pathways, and reporting mechanisms across Asia.

  • Contribute to measurement of training impact through participation, completion, certification, field readiness, customer feedback, and business-relevant education KPIs.

  • Act as a credible regional Aortic education partner for country teams, helping strengthen therapy capability, procedural confidence, and field readiness.

 

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 4+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience in clinical training, field support, medical device, healthcare, or related areas.

  • Experience in Aortic therapies, endovascular procedures, cardiovascular interventions, vascular surgery, interventional cardiology, radiology, or related medical device therapy areas.

  • Strong understanding of Aortic therapy workflows, procedural environments, HCP education needs, and clinical training requirements.

  • Experience developing and delivering technical, clinical, or product training programs for healthcare professionals and/or internal field teams.

  • Ability to translate complex clinical and technical information into clear, structured, practical, and engaging education content.

  • Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, Clinical, Medical Science, Business Development, and regional/country teams.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities across markets, stakeholders, and projects in a regional environment.

  • Strong commitment to continuous improvement, training quality, compliance, documentation, and measurable education outcomes.

  • Willingness to travel across Asia and support non-traditional working hours when required.
