What We OfferAs a Senior Training Coordinator you will:
Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external training programs for employees
Collaborate with external training providers to design and deliver effective training solutions
Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and participant communications
Ensure compliance with Covestro standards and regulatory requirements for training activities
Monitor the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback for continuous improvement
Provide support and guidance to employees regarding external training opportunities
Verification of training invoices after receipt, externally conducted training, in-house training, and catalog invoices
Yearly PO based on Providermanagement
Managing Workday training credits
Ensuring data quality in Workday / error analysis
Creating reports & check data Quality
The minimum salary on this position is 1900 EUR. The salary can be higher depending on the skills and experience of the candidate.
What You OfferBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proficiency in MS Office. HR system (e.g. Workday) knowledge would be a plus
3–5 years of experience in training coordination, HR operations, or learning & development — ideally within a shared services organization
Natural Talent in organizing Events and/or managing training programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with customer-oriented approach
Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Detail-oriented and well-organized, capable of managing multiple deadlines
Fluent in English and German
