As a Trade Support Senior Analyst in the Execution Middle Office Trade Support team within JP Morgan's Treasury and Chief Investment Office (TCIO) you will play a pivotal role in developing in-depth knowledge of FX, Money Market, Interest Rate Swaps and Financing Trades, as well as an understanding of how these tools are used to manage Risk and Fund the bank. You'll collaborate closely with diverse stakeholders, harnessing your expertise in financial analysis to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with regulatory and business requirements.

You will be responsible for accurate and timely processing of all transactions and related portfolio lifecycle events, as well as the completeness and quality of position reporting to management and Risk functions. You will be provided with the good insight and exposure to the interconnectedness of the bank and its affiliates and how the regulatory environment drives change within the Banking industry.
Job responsibilities
- Manage a number of processes, from liaising with Front Office, Back Office & Finance to ensure correct trade flow, link in with technology developments, maintain, review and drive development of the control environment
- Provide oversight of operational processes and controls, through the transaction life cycle, as well as daily transaction reporting metrics and weekly/monthly KPI reporting to senior management in all locations
- Contribute to a wider Line of Business (LOB) book of work that is driven by regulatory change, liquidity & transaction reporting requirements as well as changes in market practice
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 1+ years Middle Office/Trade Support experience
- Experience working directly supporting a trading desk
- Cross product knowledge (Particularly FX and ideally MM, IRS and Bonds)
- Strong experience within a controls and operational risk management environment
- Strong financial literacy
- Excellent English language communication skills ( verbal and writing)
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Able to present to senior management
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Ideal candidates will be well versed in some/all of the following: Reuters, Markitwire, and Bloomberg
