THE ROLE
As a Delivery Manager, you will support strategic Pricing and Billing system is an innovative ecosystem designed to transform pricing and billing capabilities across global markets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end implementation
- Manage project governance, including steering committees, working groups, and reporting cadence
- Take a hands-on role in project management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Operations, and cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements in line with the change framework
- Analyze and understand target operating models, translating them into detailed process maps
- Lead the discovery phase, including defining requirements, and producing user stories, epics, and related documentation
- Oversee the full delivery lifecycle—from initial scoping and requirements definition through to release and post-implementation enhancements
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple seniority levels
- Proven experience in leading deployment initiatives within complex, strategic projects
- Solid understanding of pricing and billing products and the ability to solve complex business problems
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project delivery within a structured framework
- Hands-on experience in business analysis (e.g., gap analysis, requirements engineering)
- Familiarity with ORMB (Oracle Revenue Management and Billing), particularly in the context of strategic initiatives and product rollouts
- Knowledge of process engineering and process optimization methodologies
