THE ROLE
As a Business Analyst, you will support the delivery of strategic initiatives within the marketing domain of a leading financial institution. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights and solutions. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact programmes while developing expertise across both banking and marketing functions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements across marketing-related initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, and technology teams to define solutions
- Support delivery of projects by translating business needs into clear functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping, and gap analysis to improve marketing effectiveness
- Experience working as a Business Analyst within banking, financial services, or consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process analysis
- Interest in marketing, customer experience, or digital channels (prior experience beneficial but not essential)
