Job Description

Major accountabilities:

  • Trade Marketing Strategy Development – Create and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and the overall marketing strategy for Sandoz Rx&OTC products.
  • Revenue Growth Management (RGM) – Implement RGM initiatives across pricing, promotions, assortment, and sales channels to maximize revenue and margins. Responsible for analyzing and optimizing pricing and discount policies.
  • Market and Competitor Analysis – Monitor market trends, including pricing changes and competitor activities, and analyze consumer insights to adjust trade marketing activities effectively.
  • Collaboration witve synergy between promotional and sales activities.
  • Planning and Coordination of Promotional Activities – Organize promotional campaigns and sales-supporting actions at pharmacies and pharmacy chains, with a focus on profitability and revenue impact.
  • Trade Marketing Budget Management – Plan and control expenditures according to the approved budget, analyzing the return on investment for marketing activities with a particular focus on cost optimization and RGM effectiveness.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting – Continuously monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing activities and RGM initiatives, reporting results and recommendations to senior management.
  • Building Relationships with Trade Partners – Maintain strong relationships with key clients, such as pharmacies, pharmacy chains, and wholesalers, and negotiate promotional and revenue-enhancing initiatives.
  • Training Sales Teams – Prepare and conduct product, promotional, and RGM-related training sessions for sales teams and retail staff.
  • Initiating Innovative Trade Marketing Activities – Identify new trends and drive innovative actions to increase revenue and profitability, including customer segmentation and personalized commercial offers.

Essential Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience in managerial role in trade marketing or related area.
  • University degree or equivalent in business, marketing area.
  • Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and consumer behaviors will be an asset.
  • Experience in planning and implementing marketing campaigns at points of sale.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent Leadership skills in planning, proposing solutions, managing projects using trade marketing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to combine data from multiple sources, set priorities, and come up with logical, well-structured recommendations.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Fluency in English and Polish is a must.
