Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of ATL and BTL marketing asset production process in accordance with the company's brand strategy for effective Integrated Marketing Communication
  • Close communication with the agencies by delivering clear briefings, thus deriving ideas that align with the communication strategy and the output wanted
  • Development of multi-dimensional strategies and coordination of execution of ATL and BTL marketing activities adequate to each touch point
  • Preparation of reports, analyses, recommendations of actions in the database
  • Creating local and evolving global strategy for communication, product launches, sales promotions, consumers activations
  • Ability of understating external and internal trends changes to take out useful insights possible to address
  • Coordination of media buying, cooperation with media house and related agencies
  • Marketing project budget management
  • Coordination of formalities, material approvals in accordance with applicable procedures

  • Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
  • Independently manages complex projects, draw conclusions, recommend adequate solutions
  • Can analyze data, draw conclusions, formulate constructive recommendations
  • Open mind and creative approach to projects, ability to set adequate priorities
  • Competences to present data, creative concepts, plans in an attractive and legible form (PowerPoint, Excel advanced skills are required)
  • Knowledge of the media landscape, communication possibilities, modern technologies, knowledge and understanding of media indicators
  • Excellent communication skills, teamwork mindset, ability to work in a large organization with many stakeholers
  • Ability to work on formal documents, accuracy, meticulousness (contracts, regulations), acting within defined procedures
  • Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 4 years related experience
  • Fluent English
