Job Summary
The candidate will join a fast-paced and result-oriented Test Engineering Team developing innovative and cost-effective software and hardware ATE production and qualification solutions used in high volume Power Management ICs.
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust and cost-efficient ATE test programs.
- Organize, coordinate, and lead test related activities with both internal and external group during the entire life cycle of the product development and production to ensure first time right quality, accelerate time to market, successful product launches, and rapid time to volume solutions.
- Identify and carry out continuous improvement on ATE solutions to reduce cost, improve yield or resolve quality issues in mass production.
- Close collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization at multiple time zones during product development, launch, and production.
Qualifications and Skills
- Engineering degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent education.
- Experience in ATE Test development for analogue and mixed signal ICs.
- Hands-on experience on Advantest V93K, Cohu DiamondX and/or Teradyne UltraFLEX or equivalent mixed signal ATE.
- Strong technical knowledge of electronic devices and circuits, mixed signal test techniques/methodologies.
- Experienced on hardware and PCB design tools.
- Experience on lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, digital multi-meters, VIPER, etc.
- Proficient in statistical analysis and skiled in using data analysis tools.
- Understandingof GIT revision control or similar.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions.
- Experience in mentoring and leading junior team members.
