Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Workday QA Analyst with 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM testing to support functional, integration, and release testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality delivery of Workday implementations, integrations, and releases through strong functional testing practices.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in QA testing with at least 3+ years in Workday testing.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules such as:
- Core HCM
- Compensation
- Absence
- Payroll
- Worker Lifecycle events (Hire, Transfer, Termination, etc.)
- Experience in functional testing, integration testing , regression testing and UAT support.
- Experience in testing Payroll Integration
- Experience in testing Workday integrations (Inbound and Outbound)
- Experience in Workday bi-annual patch release testing
- Support end-to-end UAT cycles, including coordination and reporting
- Knowledge of test management tools (JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Ability to analyse requirements and create detailed test scenarios and test cases.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ensure proper test documentation and traceability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills

- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related area
- At least 4 - 8 years of QA experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience on core Testing Automation
- Experience with Selenium and Java
- Experience in Agile environments, preferably with Scrum or Kanban methodologies
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies
