We are currently seeking a Senior Technology Lead to oversee the successful delivery of technology projects which will combine your expertise in project management, business analysis, and solution design.

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of technology projects, from initiation to deployment.

• Develop detailed project plans, manage schedules, allocate resources, and track project deliverables.

• Lead the implementation, customization, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP systems.

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

• Work closely with counterparts in the GPC APAC business and Global Motion and GPC businesses to leverage existing solutions and utilise shared services as needed (e.g. infrastructure, cyber security)

• Analyse and translate business needs into technical specifications and solutions.

• Design comprehensive, scalable, and efficient technology solutions that align with business goals.

• Ensure that solutions are designed to meet both current and future business needs.

• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to ensure the proper implementation of solutions

• Provide subject matter expertise in D365, ensuring best practices are followed

To be successful in your role you need to:

• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in technology project management, and business analysis or solution design.

• Proven experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Experience with ERPs, systems integration, B2B business models and supply chain technology would be advantageous

• Experience in a senior leadership role within a technology team.
