Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Development: Lead the setup and development of core banking and fiat infrastructure to facilitate seamless operations in Brazil.
• Product Innovation: Drive the development of key products for market entry, including the automation of the Coins Telegram bot and optimizing the OTC trading process.
• Team Leadership: Build and guide a high-performance team dedicated to infrastructure and product development, ensuring project milestones are met efficiently.Cross-cultural Relations: Foster and manage institutional relationships across diverse cultures, contributing to Coins's global expansion.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to local regulations and standards, working closely with compliance teams to integrate KYC and fiat transaction processes.

Requirements

• Strong Technical Foundation: Deep understanding and hands-on experience in blockchain technology, smart contracts, and cryptocurrency protocols. Proficient in modern programming languages (e.g., Solidity, Python, JavaScript) and development practices suited for blockchain-based applications.
• Strategic Vision and Innovation: Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and implement strategic tech initiatives that align with the startup's vision and market demands. A track record of innovative solutions in the fintech or crypto space that have contributed to business growth and scalability.
• Leadership in Tech Startup Environments: Proven experience in leading, building, and scaling high-performing tech teams in fast-paced startup environments. Ability to inspire, motivate, and drive teams towards achieving ambitious technical milestones while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
• Operational Excellence: Experience in setting up robust tech infrastructures that ensure operational efficiency, security, and scalability. Familiarity with deploying and managing distributed systems, with a focus on reliability, latency, and privacy concerns specific to crypto transactions.Ecosystem Engagement and Partnership Development: Strong network within the blockchain and fintech communities, with a history of successful collaborations and partnerships. Ability to engage with regulatory bodies, financial institutions, and technology partners to advance the startup's objectives and compliance.
• Risk Management and Security Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of the security challenges and risks in the crypto space, including expertise in implementing best practices for smart contract security, transaction privacy, and data protection.
• Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate industry trends, adapt to new technologies, and navigate complex regulatory landscapes. A mindset geared towards overcoming challenges and capitalizing on opportunities in the crypto market.
