About the Role
As a Senior Technology Implementation Consultant, you will contribute significantly to our Technology Implementation Consulting team by engaging in advanced technology tasks, providing technical insights, and ensuring the successful integration of solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Lead advanced system configuration projects.
Coordinate comprehensive data migration activities.
Execute detailed and systematic software testing protocols.
Deliver substantial client training and create user manuals.
Maintain and enhance project documentation.
Handle escalated troubleshooting and complex issue resolution.
Support project planning and scope definition.
Provide consulting insights on technology optimization.
Facilitate client workshops and training sessions.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
About You
Solid programming skills in Java, C, C++, or JavaScript.
Advanced System Setup: Sophisticated configuration skills.
Extensive Data Migration: Proficient in managing complex data transfers.
Systematic Testing: In-depth testing and quality assurance processes.
Client Training: Competent in providing comprehensive training.
Documentation & Manuals: Producing detailed user guides.
Complex Troubleshooting: Advanced problem-solving techniques.
Project Scoping: Understanding project scope and objectives.
Consultative Insights: Providing recommendations for improvement.
