Lead and manage strategic technology and cybersecurity partner alliances to drive revenue growth, expand market reach, and improve cybersecurity offerings. Collaborate with product, sales, marketing, delivery and executive stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, optimise partner investments, manage partner performance, and deliver partner training while leading complex cross-functional initiatives.

This role holder is responsible for developing and managing key alliance partnerships and programmes with several of our top strategic partnerships.
The focus will be on managing performance across a group of vendors, collaborating with other partner leads, product managers, sales and marketing, to ensure revenue growth and profitability, expanding market reach, and enhancing our cybersecurity offerings through strong partner management.
Working closely with Delivery Teams, Portfolio Managers, Sales, Marketing and Executive stakeholders, the role holder will identify new growth opportunities, optimise partner investments, and ensure strategic alignment between alliance priorities and NCC Group's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements
- Experience managing technology alliances within the cybersecurity, technology or professional services sectors.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering significant revenue growth through alliance partnerships.
- Understanding of alliance business planning, co-sell motions, channel programmes and partner ecosystems.
- Proven ability to engage, influence and negotiate with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Commercial and financial acumen with experience managing partner investments and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, presentation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple strategic priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver training programmes to enhance partner knowledge.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with enterprise cybersecurity vendors and strategic technology partnerships.
- Experience working in global partner programmes.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity services, managed security services and consulting environments.
