Job Summary:
The main responsibilities of the job post is to perform lab analysis to support IC package development, including package materials characterization and package physical failure analysis. The candidate is expected to perform the lab analysis independently with related work experience in semiconductor lab analysis with minimum education qualification of diploma in mechanical engineering/chemical process/engineering or physics/materials disciplines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform die / package materials & Package characterization and Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) to support IC package & technology development.
- Perform Lab analysis (such as Scanning Acoustic Microscope (SAM), X-ray, Cross Section, scanning electron Microscope (SEM), Focused-Ion-Beam (FIB) cross sectioning, etc. to support silicon technology and package development.
- Support Lab materials/ Chemicals supply and administration activities and Lab tools Maintenance/ Calibration.
- Perform Lab housekeeping to meet the site Lab 6S cleanliness standard .
Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. • Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one's scope of work.
Other Responsibilities:
The candidate is expected to keep learning through work to keep pace with fast changing in technologies and processes, willing to work overtime and highly self-disciplined with minimum supervision. The candidate must be a team-work player to work well with other team members to fulfill job duties.

The candidate should be graduated with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Process/Engineering, or Materials Science/Engineering.
- At least 2-5 years Lab analysis experience in Semiconductor industries or materials science/engineering industries.
