Senior Technician, MTB DRY ETCH

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and equipment troubleshooting activities.
• Diagnose equipment issues and execute recovery actions to minimize downtime.
• Support equipment installation, qualification, upgrade, relocation, and decommissioning activities.
• Execute equipment inspections, calibrations, and operational checks to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Analyze equipment performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability, yield, and productivity.
• Collaborate with engineers, production teams, and suppliers to resolve equipment-related issues.
• Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, technical documentation, and operational records.
• Utilize AI-enabled and data-driven tools to support troubleshooting, predictive maintenance, equipment performance analysis, and knowledge management.
• Apply AI-assisted solutions to improve work efficiency, accelerate problem solving, enhance decision-making, and reduce response time for equipment-related issues.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and environmental requirements while supporting manufacturing operations.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related technical fields.
• 1 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, manufacturing operations, or related technical environments is preferred.
