Key Responsibilities
• Own the creation, review, and maintenance of advanced technical documentation including user guides, deployment guides, troubleshooting content, architecture overviews, and release notes.
• Partner with engineering, product management, QA, support, and other stakeholders to gather technical details and translate them into clear, accurate documentation.
• Lead documentation planning for product releases and Agile sprints.
• Define and maintain documentation standards, templates, style guides, and information architecture.
• Use structured authoring tools and content management systems to produce scalable, reusable documentation.
• Review and improve existing documentation for clarity, consistency, and completeness.
• Mentor junior technical writers and provide feedback on writing quality, process, and documentation practices.
• Improve documentation workflows, publishing processes, and version control practices.
• Contribute to documentation strategy, content governance, and cross-product consistency.
• Support customer-facing documentation updates, and internal knowledge management initiatives as needed.
Required Skills
• Strong technical writing experience in software, enterprise, or technical product environments
• Excellent written communication and editorial skills
• Hands-on experience with DITA, XML, and structured authoring tools such as Oxygen Author
• Experience with Git/GitHub, version control, Azure Devops (ADO) and collaboration workflows
• Familiarity with documentation publishing systems, CMS platforms, and CI/CD-based publishing processes
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Proven experience collaborating with engineering and product teams
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum documentation processes and release cycles

Education and Experience
