  • Research, write, edit, assemble, and update product and customer-facing documentation.

  • Coordinate documentation for product releases and ensure instructions are accurate and consistent.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, product managers, and analysts to gather requirements and validate content.
  • Verify citations, source data, and content accuracy across assigned products.
  • Conduct quality reviews to ensure formatting, usability, readability, relevancy, and link functionality.
  • Apply taxonomy guidelines to classify and tag web content and documents.
  • Track industry and subject matter developments to update existing content and create new materials.
  • Develop documentation plans that define message, format, and content strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve products, processes, workflow, and content efficiency.
  • Provide peer review, coaching, training, and work direction to less experienced team members.
  • Participate in project planning and cross-functional meetings to support high-quality documentation delivery.
