Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Technical Writer to join our global User Assistance team, focusing on cert-manager and open-source content. This role offers a pathway for professional advancement in a supportive, distributed environment.
What You Will Do
- Own documentation for cert‑manager and Kubernetes workflows
- Partner with and actively engage with engineering, PM, and UX to scope and deliver high-quality documentation that helps customers rapidly adopt and use our products
- Meet aggressive and ongoing deliverable deadlines and manage risks through clear communication with all stakeholders
- Work within an agile framework
- Drive docs‑as‑code excellence (GitHub, Markdown, merge request workflows)
- Champion open‑source documentation and community alignment

Qualifications- Between 5–10 years technical writing experience
- A passion for helping users achieve desired outcomes as rapidly as possible
- Kubernetes, certificates/PKI, or cloud‑native background
- Open‑source documentation experience
- Strong Git/GitLab/Markdown skills
- Ability to embrace change and a willingness to step up and help exceed expectations
Preferred Qualifications
- cert‑manager, CRDs, controllers experience
- Experience improving information architecture and doc tooling
