*This is a hybrid-based position 2 days/week from our office in Tel Aviv*
What are we looking for?
As a Senior Technical Writer, you will join SentinelOne's dynamic documentation team, playing a crucial role in supporting the product team with a focus on AI. Collaborating closely with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders, you will craft comprehensive documentation, including release notes, user procedures, user scenarios, graphics, and innovative formats tailored to AI's unique features. Your expertise and insight will enhance our documentation processes and standards. Each day will present new challenges and opportunities for growth, allowing you to leverage your skills to improve the clarity, accessibility, and usability of our documentation for both internal and external stakeholders. Join us in shaping the narrative of our products and empowering users to maximize the value of our AI solutions.
What will you do?
- Support the Product team, focusing on innovative cybersecurity solutions.
- Plan, research, and document features in a topic-based method. Research includes collaboration with Support, Development, QA, Product Management, and other teams, with a focus on self-learning through hands-on and independent study.
- Write according to our style guide and our implementation of STE to create error-free release notes and admin guides, published to multiple formats.
- Work with the Product Documentation team to create integrated, consistent deliverables and to innovate for constant improvement.
- Create videos of procedures.
- Share the load on team projects for quick releases and across-the-board quality updates.
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
- 5+ years experience as a technical writer in English
- Graduate of a technical writing course
- Ability to learn quickly and to produce quality
- Consistent self-tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Native English, written and verbal
- Bonus: Experience with cyber security and or AI
