What Makes This Role Great: This isn't just a support role; you will act as a pivotal technical consultant and mentor within the Transporeon ecosystem. You’ll have the unique opportunity to dive deep into advanced system architecture, lead crisis-resolution efforts with high autonomy, and directly influence our product strategy by identifying and implementing platform enhancements that impact millions of transactions.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve advanced technical inquiries, including system malfunctions, software glitches, and performance bottlenecks;

  • Conduct continuous monitoring of the Transporeon platform, addressing any incidents or operational challenges as they arise;

  • Implement minor system modifications or adjustments to meet existing customer needs;

  • Efficiently allocate cases to specialized teams when beyond the scope of general support, ensuring follow-through to resolution;

  • Serve as a mentor to new team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to product strategy discussions;

  • Proactively support and update legacy systems, identifying opportunities for process and platform enhancements;

  • Independently manage crisis situations or escalations, providing solutions with minimal supervision;

  • Develop expertise in specific Transporeon modules or processes, becoming a go-to specialist within the team

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support environment.

  • High proficiency in SQL, XML, XSL, JSON, CSV and MS Office

  • Strong knowledge of web-based application configurations (HTTP, SOAP, REST, FTP protocols).

  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level).

  • Proven ability to manage technical escalations independently

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong customer service orientation;

Bonus Points For

  • Experience within the logistics or supply chain management industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

  • Previous experience with Transporeon-specific modules or similar logistics platforms.
