We are looking for a Technical Solution Consultant to join our team in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity to work with market-leading intellectual property solutions covering the entire IP lifecycle including patent intelligence, trademark data, and IP management systems. 

This role spans a broad and sophisticated solution portfolio, from outsourced IP services to Clarivate data-driven offerings. Your work will directly impact how leading organizations innovate, protect, and commercialize their ideas. 

You will be part of a collaborative, high-performing team focused on driving revenue growth through consultative selling, upsell, and cross-sell strategies. If you thrive in complex B2B environments, we would love to hear from you.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience  
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a B2B sales environment
  • Familiarity with Intellectual Property industry or legal industry workflows.
  • Experience in consultative, solution-based selling  
  • Strong experience in customer education, training and knowledge sharing to improve customer experience.
  • Strong presentation skills and a team player to collaborate with stakeholders across the business.

It would be great if you also have . . .

  • Experience with demonstrating software and SaaS based solutions, leading trials and proof of concepts.
  • Familiarity with Intellectual Property or legal industry workflows.

What will you be doing in this role?

You will be working closely with our sales teams, product teams and global service and consulting teams to support revenue growth across the region. This means that you will help drive new logo acquisition, cross-sell activities and retention to both existing and new customers. For this we expect that you will have an active role in discovery of the client needs, preparation for trials, demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, work with product teams and product marketing, and closely with all relevant stakeholders.

About the Team

Our team is based in the Australia, New Zealand and South-East Asia region, however, is part of a global team where you will have the opportunity to work with and engage with colleagues across the globe.

The role will be reporting to the Senior Director based in Australia.

Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed. This is a hybrid position working in the office up to 2-3 days a week.

Location preference is Singapore, however other locations will be considered.
