Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to architect and execute strategic recruiting initiatives across engineering, product, and technical functions
- Own full-cycle recruiting efforts for technical and non-technical talent, from workforce planning and sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Cultivate and maintain high-impact talent pipelines through proactive networking, market engagement, and long-term relationship management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by delivering weekly pipeline insights, market intelligence, and data-driven prioritization across active searches
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience by designing efficient, inclusive, and high-touch interview processes that reflect the company’s employer brand
- Drive sourcing innovation through creative outreach strategies, talent mapping, and partnership development across competitive markets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to align hiring strategies with organizational growth objectives
- Leverage recruiting metrics and market trends to optimize hiring outcomes, improve process efficiency, and inform talent acquisition strategy
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting high-growth organizations within gaming, technology, digital media, and/or mobile industries
- Strong understanding of the gaming, tech, digital, and mobile talent landscape, including emerging trends, competitive hiring dynamics, and specialized skill sets
- Proven success hiring and closing highly sought-after technical talent within fast-paced and competitive markets
- Advanced sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, and innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting workflows, preferably within Lever or comparable platforms
- Highly adaptable and able to pivot quickly in response to evolving business priorities while managing recruitment efforts across diverse technologies and teams
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple searches and initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a high standard for candidate experience and hiring quality
