What You Will Accomplish:
- Own end-to-end recruiting for highly technical engineering roles, with a primary focus on Staff level full-stack product engineers.
- Build candidate pipelines purely from outbound sourcing strategies.
- Partner closely with engineering leadership to define hiring strategies and role requirements, delivering consistently high-quality talent.
- Design and execute outbound sourcing campaigns using data-driven and proven sourcing methodologies.
- Build, scale, and evolve talent brand initiatives that attract and engage top-tier technical talent.
- Monitor pipeline health, candidate experience, and recruiting performance metrics; continuously optimize processes and outcomes.
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years of in-house technical recruiting experience, with deep expertise hiring senior level full-stack software engineers.
- 2+ years of experience recruiting in a high-growth startup environment.
- Proven ability to partner directly with technical and engineering leadership as a trusted advisor.
- Strong sourcing capabilities and an established network within elite engineering talent communities.
- Strategic and operational mindset, with experience building scalable systems, playbooks, and processes in fast-moving environments.
- Comfortable embedding within engineering teams and collaborating cross-functionally.

We are located at a beautiful office on 3rd Ave in the heart of San Mateo and 2 blocks from Caltrain. Some of our teams are remote while others have a hybrid model of coming into the office 3 days/week and remote 2 days/week.
