Senior Technical Recruiter
Job Description
As a Technical Recruiter specializing in Machine Learning and Big Data, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. Your primary focus will be sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates with expertise in these cutting-edge fields. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR teams, and technical leads to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing and Screening: Write and post technical job descriptions on relevant platforms, including IT specialist job boards and social media channels.
- Identify potential candidates through proactive sourcing techniques.
- Screen resumes and applications to compile a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to understand specific role requirements.
- Develop a deep understanding of machine learning and big data technologies to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, conferences, and networking events.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
- Generate reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a technical recruiter, preferably with a focus on machine learning and big data roles or technical recruiting, over 5- 8 years
- Familiarity with relevant tools and platforms for sourcing and candidate management.
- Strong communication skills and building relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
