Atlassian is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. We're able to hire eligible candidates for this role who are based in Poland only .

Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company. To help our teams work together effectively, this role is fully remote but requires you to be located in Poland .
We're growing our team and looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in the Poland. As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage all parts of the recruitment life cycle. This includes sourcing, driving candidate pipeline, branding us as an employer of choice, running an efficient hiring process and guiding hiring manager relationships.
You will be joining a remote and distributed Talent Acquisition R&D team hiring across Engineering, Product Management, Design and Program Management.

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for various complex roles, devising innovative methods to attract the right talent for each position.
  • Design and implement comprehensive sourcing plans, interpreting requirements to identify the desired candidate profiles.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to enhance our talent pool research strategy, market mapping, and competitive analysis.
  • Work closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process to fulfill their hiring needs and objectives.
  • Actively participate in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies. Demonstrate data integrity and use data to influence hiring decisions.
  • Build and sustain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional teams internally (e.g., Global recruitment team, HR, Compensation, Talent Branding).


  • You have 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting (preference for in house recruitment experience)
  • Experience in recruiting in the polish market & other markets across EMEA.
  • You have a consultative and customer-focused approach with hiring managers.
  • You have deep experience finding information and are unafraid to ask questions.
  • You have experience elevating your team and woking collaboratively with others.
  • You understand and are curious about the software industry.
  • You have experience using data to support your market insights.
  • You have a passion for DEI hiring.
