We're hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter at Ayrin Digital

We need someone who can find the engineers other recruiters miss — senior AI/ML, fullstack, DevOps, and architects — through deep outbound sourcing, not just waiting for inbound.
What this looks like day-to-day:
→ Own full-cycle recruiting for niche engineering roles (AI, fullstack, .NET, DevOps)
→ Build outbound pipelines on LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Naukri, Wellfound
→ Run structured screening calls — protect hiring manager time ruthlessly
→ Partner directly with the founder and engineering leadership
You're the right fit if you:
✅ Have 5–8+ years in technical recruiting with senior/hard-to-fill roles
✅ Know your Boolean strings and X-ray search cold
✅ Can read an AI engineer's resume and have a real conversation about it
✅ Obsess over shortlist quality, not volume

- 5-8+ years of experience in technical recruiting
- Experience recruiting for senior and hard-to-fill engineering roles
- Expertise with Boolean strings and X-ray search
- Ability to understand AI engineer resumes and conduct substantive technical conversations
- Experience with outbound sourcing and full-cycle recruiting
