As a Senior Technical Recruiter at KLA, you will serve as a trusted talent advisor to engineering leaders, partnering closely with hiring teams to attract and hire world-class talent across Optical, Opto-Mechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, and Product Development disciplines.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Talent Partnership
Partner with engineering leaders to align on workforce plans and hiring strategies.
Provide market intelligence, talent availability insights, and competitive hiring trends.
Influence hiring decisions through data-driven recruiting strategies and talent market expertise.
Full-Cycle Recruiting
Lead recruiting efforts from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
Develop sourcing strategies for highly specialized engineering talent.
Conduct candidate assessment and qualification screenings.
Facilitate interview processes and stakeholder alignment.
Partner with HR teams on offer strategy and negotiations.
Talent Pipeline Development
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct talent mapping and competitor intelligence across targeted semiconductor and technology organizations.
Utilize modern sourcing technology, AI-enabled recruiting tools, and talent intelligence platforms to engage passive candidates.

5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within semiconductor, semiconductor capital equipment, advanced manufacturing, robotics, scientific instrumentation, aerospace, medical device, or other complex engineering environments.
Experience hiring Optical, Opto-Mechanical, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, and Product Development Engineers.
Proven experience building recruiting plans, sourcing, and engaging passive candidates.
Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with talent mapping, market intelligence, and workforce planning.
Advanced sourcing expertise utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM platforms, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
Knowledge of engineering talent markets across organizations in the Semiconductor manufacturing technology space.

Minimum Qualifications
- Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years or equivalent work experience.
