Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Recruiter on the Tech Data Product Recruiting team, you will partner closely with engineering leaders to attract, engage, and hire top technology talent. You will serve as a strategic talent advisor, leveraging market intelligence, data insights, and AI-enabled recruiting tools to drive hiring outcomes. This role requires expertise in full-cycle recruiting, proactive talent pipelining, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced technology environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for Software Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Product, and Technology leadership roles.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business and workforce plans.
- Partner with engineering leaders to understand hiring needs, team structures, and future skill requirements.
- Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and talent mapping.
- Leverage AI-enabled tools and market intelligence to identify, engage, and attract top technical talent.
- Assess, interview, and present qualified candidates while providing insights on talent availability and market trends.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and effective stakeholder management.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and hiring funnel performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with HR, Compensation, Finance, and business leaders to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Strong understanding of software engineering, cloud, AI/ML, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data-related technologies.
- Demonstrated success sourcing, assessing, and hiring highly specialized technical talent.
- Demonstrated experience influencing hiring decisions and partnering with engineering leaders and senior stakeholders.
- Experience developing and executing strategic sourcing and talent pipelining strategies.
- Exceptional communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage recruiting metrics and market intelligence to inform business decisions.
- Experience utilizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and recruiting technologies to manage the hiring process.
- Ability to prioritize multiple searches while maintaining a high level of quality, accuracy, and confidentiality.
