We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of automation, AI, and advanced digital solutions for externally engaged projects across RELX Business Units. This role is a critical delivery enabler for the DXO-as-a-Service Program (DSP), currently managed under the ETP pillar of DXO, ensuring that engagements move from ideation to production with clarity, rigor, and measurable business impact.
This role goes beyond traditional project management — it requires strong delivery discipline, technical assessment capability, and close partnership with business stakeholders at multiple levels across the organization to shape, align, and execute digital initiatives.
The role works directly with DSH leadership, ETP, and delivery teams to translate complex business requirements into executable delivery plans and ensure solutions are delivered at scale with sustainable outcomes.
Accountabilities:
• Lead delivery across the full lifecycle — from ideation, qualification, and implementation to deployment and maintenance
• Partner with business stakeholders across BUs and levels — aligning on priorities, shaping demand, and ensuring delivery outcomes meet business objectives
• Support DSP engagements — acting as the primary delivery lead for DXO-as-a-Service initiatives under the ETP pillar
• Perform technical assessments — validating feasibility, solution design, and delivery approach across AI and automation use cases
• Drive end-to-end execution — coordinating cross-functional technical teams and ensuring timelines, quality, and value realization
• Ensure deployment readiness and post-go-live sustainability — including adoption, stabilization, and transition to maintenance
• Establish scalable delivery frameworks — enabling consistency and repeatability across client engagements
• Translate technical concepts into business-facing insights — enabling informed decisions from stakeholders
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in technical delivery roles (10+ preferred)
• Proven experience delivering complex, multi-technology initiatives in enterprise environments
• Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders across business and technical domains
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
Preferred:
• Experience in automation-led or AI-enabled initiatives
• Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, and enterprise delivery tools
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams
• Exposure to AI/ML lifecycle concepts
Core Competencies:
• Strong ownership and accountability
• Ability to simplify complex technical topics
• Effective stakeholder communication and collaboration
• Ability to operate in ambiguity while maintaining delivery discipline
For Internal Application:
• Must have at least 1 year tenure in the current role
• Must not be under PIP
• Must not have Disciplinary Action within the past 12 months
• Must not have attendance or punctuality issues within the past 12 months
