We are seeking a Senior Tech Project Consultant to join our technology team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will lead complex, high-impact technology initiatives including end-to-end Application Project Management, Cloud Migrations, and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) Upgrade Projects. You will also manage PMO activities to ensure robust governance, alignment, and execution across portfolios. Working with global, cross-functional teams, you will leverage modern methodologies and tools to deliver scalable solutions that directly support our mission to build a healthier world. Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of application development, cloud migration, and PLM upgrade projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines
- Establish, coordinate, and execute PMO activities, including portfolio tracking, milestone monitoring, risk and issue management, and governance compliance
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional engineering, infrastructure, and business teams to define project requirements, plan resources, and drive execution
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, templates, status reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide visibility to stakeholders and leadership
- Partner with cloud architects and technical leads to plan and execute seamless migration paths to public or hybrid cloud environments
- Coordinate PLM upgrade projects, managing testing cycles, deployment tasks, and post-production validation to minimize operational disruption
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and bottlenecks, developing proactive contingency plans to keep initiatives on track
- Drive continuous improvement by establishing standard PMO processes, sharing best practices, and mentoring junior project management staff
- Delivery Management: Ensuring timely delivery and management of upgrades of various PLM (Project Lifecycle Management) projects/products like Oracle, Java, BI Tools, WAS, MySQL, MS SQL Server, etc
- Budget Management: Taking ownership of managing budget for entire applications landscape
- Team & Resource Management: Hiring, Appraisals, Retention, Resource Pyramid Management, Travels, Trainings, Team motivation, and strong team connect, Optimize the mix of resources to obtain maximum results at minimal cost
- Process/Quality Management: ET DEVOPS process compliance, QMS compliance, ensuring superior delivery quality, performance, and continuous improvement
- Communication Management: Keeping the partners and all stakeholders always informed about all engagement metrics, Dashboard reporting
- Assist teams with problem triage, coordination with various stakeholders and technical teams
- Resolve issues with application-level service performance
- Identify, sponsor, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- AI Builder: Focuses on designing, building, and deploying AI-powered platforms, solutions, or automations for enterprise scale

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience in technology-focused project or program management
- 5+ years of experience leading application project management and driving PMO governance activities in an enterprise technology environment
- 3+ years of experience managing Cloud Migration initiatives (e.g., migrating applications to AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- 2+ years of experience leading PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) upgrade or implementation projects
- Proven experience utilizing project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall) and managing sprint deliverables, backlogs, and roadmaps
- Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder expectations and lead project delivery across global, cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree/BSc in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification (such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or PMI-ACP)
- Experience in the healthcare, health-tech, or clinical systems domains
- Experience with enterprise PMO tools and software (such as Jira, Rally, or Microsoft Project)
- Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
- Proven excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to translate complex technical milestones for business leaders
