We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders. This role requires strong program management expertise, exceptional coordination skills, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives while fostering Agile best practices and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, stakeholder management, and strong execution capabilities to successfully manage large-scale programs and drive measurable business outcomes.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery across multiple projects and teams.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, engineering teams, and leadership to define program objectives, priorities, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Drive Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, release planning, retrospectives, and progress tracking.
  • Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and resource allocation to ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Monitor project performance through dashboards, metrics, and reporting tools, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and execution plans while maintaining transparency across all stages of delivery.
  • Lead risk assessment and mitigation planning to proactively address challenges and delivery constraints.
  • Drive process improvements, operational efficiencies, and Agile maturity across teams.
  • Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Maintain project documentation, program artifacts, governance reports, and stakeholder communications.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and high-performance execution.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Proven experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Delivery Management within technology-driven organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and modern software development lifecycles.
  • Hands-on experience managing multiple projects, cross-functional stakeholders, and complex delivery environments.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and related Agile platforms.
  • Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing teams at all organizational levels.
  • Experience tracking program metrics, delivery performance, risks, and dependencies to drive successful outcomes.

Skills Required

  • 2+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or Delivery Management
