The Senior Technical Program Manager will partner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to orchestrate complex, cross-functional initiatives. You will champion operational excellence, remove barriers to progress, and ensure programs deliver measurable value aligned with strategic goals.
What You’ll Do:
Independently manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple executive-level enterprise programs.
Develop project deliverables including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Prepare program documents including program roadmaps, plans, scopes, schedules, and governance structures.
Implement engagement review and quality assurance procedures; participate in creation and execution of project work plans to ensure successful delivery measured by goals and customer satisfaction.
Minimize exposure and risk across multiple projects by conducting active risk monitoring and controls throughout each project’s duration.
Enforce standard policies and procedures.
Act as a thought partner with program stakeholders across business units.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize work and identify mutually beneficial outcomes for the business.
What You’ll Bring:
7+ years of experience working independently to deliver enterprise technology projects within complex organizations.
Experience managing executive stakeholders.
Ability to anticipate and address issues openly and quickly.
Ability to tactfully communicate sensitive information.
Demonstrated change management skills and experience.
Passion, perspective, and empathy for unblocking business, product, and engineering teams to help them achieve their goals.
Ability to provide executive-level communication of program and project status, ensuring stakeholders understand related risks, issues, and activities.
Pay Range: $126,100 - $168,125 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
