NVIDIA is seeking an experienced SW Program Management Leader to help us define, build and commercialize various CPU based products in Data Center, Automotive and Embedded market segments.
The role requires the leadership through the entire silicon& product life cycle, starting with Architecture Specifications to shipping platforms that contain the CPU products. We are looking for a CPU Server Firmware Program Manager to help us coordinate and implement software activities for next generation CPU & CPU product development.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead and execute all aspects of CPU Firmware planning and execution - coordinate across organizations for POR finalization, pre-silicon development, pre-silicon FW validation, Silicon and Platform bring-up and productization.
Help develop metrics to gauge the status of the program and communicate readiness and risk to the management.
Ensure teams are providing all needed collaterals for the SW Product Life Cycle development process
Work with all product teams to understand the impact of the product variations to the CPU Firmware and work with the team to help translate those into testable requirements.
As the focal point, schedule and lead status meetings, handle communication of progress/status within/across all key collaborators & dependencies across multiple geographic locations.
What we need to see:
Bachelors or master’s degree in computer/Electronics engineering or related field (or equivalent experience)
12+ overall years of proven experience in related areas with at least 2+ years of leadership experience
Deep understanding of the SW development life cycle
Proven SW Technical program management background in a matrix organization
Strong understanding of systems architecture: CPU, memory, buses and interconnects, Power and thermal Management, performance, Operating Systems and device drivers
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Proven track record in leading SW for SOCs and Platform bring up
Experience in Pre-Silicon/Post-Silicon bring-up of complex SoC, and Platform
Experience in design and development of System Software or drivers, Firmware for embedded and Server products
Strong understanding of advanced ARM architecture, RISC-V, coherent high speed interfaces, Confidential Compute Architecture.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD.You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
