For our Product Line in Advanced Power Systems, we are looking for a talented Senior Technical Marketing to support business activities expansion in Europe.
The APS Product Line leads Power Management, Safety & System Management products and solutions for Automotive, Industrial & IoT applications.
In this exciting role, you will drive customer engagement, and take your part in the future of NXP System solutions to leverage and expand our AC/DC, DC/DC, USB-C, and System PMIC portfolio.
Your Profile:
- Drive growth by managing existing accounts, and identifying new potential Advanced Power Systems customers/projects against set targets for Automotive, Industrial & IoT markets.
- Seek for new opportunities and ensure the conversion in design win.
- Develop the APS business for Europe region
- Provide our customers first level of technical support, helping them to understand and implement our products in their system.
- Ensure Market Intelligence for APS PL by identifying trend, key & new players, monitoring competition and seek for breakthrough technical proposal.
- Provide market input and requirements to Segments Managers help them to define new products.
- Being responsible for business development and portfolio expansion of Advanced Power Systems products, in Europe area.
- Work closely with Global Sales & Marketing and FAE teams to identify target customers, successfully design in/won power solution in customer projects.
- Work closely with NXP processor team, drive total solution selling, make sure 100% attach rate of PMIC to NXP paired processors.
- Identify most popular non-NXP processors in focus market, working out suitable system power solution for non-NXP processor together with PL, and engage with customers to win the system power sockets.
- Understand the related visionary product requirements and drive the resulting product definition incorporating all the relevant NXP BL’s/PL’s in High Voltage AC/DC, USB-C, and Low Voltage Power Management ICs
- Setting up business relationships up to senior management level at customers to actively promote strengths of NXP products together with the relevant account manager

- Understanding the OEMs, Tiers and Mass Market needs at System & IC levels
- Being able to explain our product and how they will add system value
- Experience working with worldwide environment and teams.
- Experience and Networking in Industry
- Good understanding of the Safety standards
- Able to work in complete autonomy

- Self-motivated and result oriented
- High flexibility and agility in decision making
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical engineering or equivalent
- Experience in Automotive, Industrial & IoT mass market market is preferred.
- Active, open-minded, Initiative and independent to find the biz opportunities and resource to win
Cross functional collaborations :
- Dealing with all PL Segments and System Architects all around the world.
- Link with oversea sales accounts
- Closed work with Business Development teams from other regions and Product Lines
- Willing to travel and exhange with others regions, English fluent
- Accountability and autonomy are required for this job
Your Profiles:
- 10 years’ experience in semiconductors with successful experience in Technical Sales, Application, Product Management and/or Business Development roles
- Strong technical knowledge about semiconductor products, in particular for Power Management.
- MS in Electrical Engineering
- Very strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills in English。
