The Role

We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team, responsible for crafting and promoting products to expand our Autonomous Vehicles business at NVIDIA Automotive. You will invent NVIDIA's groundbreaking autonomous vehicles technology into future offerings. You will work with forward-thinking people in engineering, operations and research to understand and promote the products to our customers

What you will be doing:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagements, understanding their needs, and synthesizing requirements to inform product architecture and features.

  • Lead negotiations with customers to define and prioritize the product feature roadmap.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our AV product roadmap, including features, timelines, and capabilities, and document detailed product requirements.

  • Lead end-to-end customer workshops for next-generation product discussions.

  • Ensure all product elements—including use case definitions, system composition, and safety—are aligned with product goals.

  • Proactively identify and address gaps in the product or development process.

  • Partner with leaders across product, hardware, software, safety, integration, and operations to support successful product launches.

  • Drive Benchmarking state-of-the-art models on NVIDIA embedded platforms (Orin, Thor, and Thor Next).

  • Support pre-sales discussions to ensure alignment across all customers.

  • Maintain marketing collateral for all products assigned.

  • Own and operate customer demos of NVIDIA AV products

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS (or equivalent experience) in engineering

  • 8+ years proven experience in both software and hardware platforms.

  • You are a Self-starter, with a 'can-do' attitude in a multifaceted environment.

  • Experience working in a software development environment

  • Experience with product requirements management tools (e.g. JAMA)

  • Track record of leading the launch of technically complex products to customers

  • Strong technical leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive alignment across large organizations and with customers

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Background in autonomous vehicles, Driver Assist technology, and/or machine learning

  • Exposure developing and/or leading development of ADAS functions/products

  • Experience with customer management & interaction

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 208,000 USD - 327,750 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
