This includes critical areas such as billing, notification systems, account administration, document management, user management, and more. As a Senior Product Manager on the Platform team, you will be instrumental in shaping the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for these essential features. Success in this position requires close collaboration with stakeholders across engineering, design, sales, and external partners. You'll also engage directly with customers, ensuring that their needs are met through seamless platform functionality and innovative solutions. Your contributions will ensure that our platform remains adaptable and responsive to the evolving needs of both our customers and the business.

Responsibilities:
Product Vision & Strategy:
- Develop and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for key platform features, ensuring alignment with PandaDoc’s business objectives and customer needs.
- Identify and prioritize initiatives that enhance platform functionalities, improve operational efficiency, and drive business growth.
User-Centric Design:
- Champion a user-centric approach throughout the product lifecycle, deeply understanding customer pain points and needs.
- Collaborate with UX research and design teams to gather feedback, conduct user studies, and validate design decisions to ensure intuitive and efficient user experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with engineering, design, and other product managers to deliver high-impact features that enhance the platform’s capabilities.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the product development process.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Define key metrics to measure platform performance, user engagement, and business impact.
- Leverage data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, validate product hypotheses, and guide iterative enhancements.
- Drive experimentation and A/B testing to optimize features and increase user adoption.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years working on technical products in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of driving product vision, strategy, and roadmaps while delivering impactful, scalable solutions.
- Familiarity with APIs and the ability to work closely with engineering teams on technical design and implementation.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions and strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile environments and managing the full product lifecycle, including Scrum methodologies.
It would be awesome if you had:
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM) and/or role-based access control (RBAC).
