Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term strategy for CDP, Marketing Automation, and Sales Automation systems within the enterprise portfolio.
  • Lead the creation and prioritization of a product feature backlog, using data analytics to drive decisions.
  • Continuously evolve lead-to-sales systems to stay competitive in a dynamic market.
  • Act as the primary liaison between senior leadership, marketing, and product management, defining strategies, goals, and KPIs.
  • Provide technical guidance, ensuring scalable, secure solutions and resolving technical challenges in line with business needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and partner with engineering to drive innovation and process optimization.


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; master's degree or MBA preferred
  • 5+ years in product management, with 5+ years focused on CDP, Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, or similar systems; extensive Agile experience


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in CDP, Marketing Automation, Sales Automation, system architecture, API management, and cloud computing
  • Experience in sales channel management and commissions platforms.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Preferred experience in telecommunications, technology, or finance
  • Desired: advanced certifications like SAFe; proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related tools


Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
