We are looking for A Senior Product Manager for our TLV office
Our Data, Intelligence and Discovery organization within Nexxen is looking for a Senior Product Manager to deliver our Nexxen Discovery product, a Big Data/AI platform that helps the world's largest brands make better decisions by understanding their audiences. As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for translating customer needs into user-stories, writing PRDS, defining and driving development of big-data, analytical APIs and front-end visualizations from concept to minimal viable product to launch and drive full product lifecycle. You will be required to work cross-functionally with product managers, engineering and data science/analytics team to perform technical and business feasibility, drive product development and track deliveries.
What You'll Do:
- Translate high level discovery and requirements into formalized requirements.
- Prioritize and create detailed product specifications, business use cases, data flows, and mockups.
- Work closely with engineering teams on sprint planning and execution.
- Align with tech teams on tactical work required for building, tracking and executing on Discovery Roadmap
- Clarification of requirements
- Testing, validation
- Bug and issue triage, validation, coordination, and direction to resolution
- Coordinate changes to the Discovery product with upstream and downstream applications.
- Working with Product Training and Documentation teams around requirements and ongoing discussions to validate and QA their materials.
- Thoroughly test new product features and coordinate releases
- Define & track success metrics for product
- Effectively communicate and manage product requirements across all stakeholders (Engineering, Sales, Stakeholders, End-Users)
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on software product management experience
- Experience with Big Data/AI/ML/NLP based products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of balancing multiple projects at once and delivery of projects successfully on time
- Experience in SaaS and Agile development environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, alongside proven ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in ad-technology with focus on big-data
- MS in a quantitative or analytical discipline desired
- SQL, Spark or data modelling language know-how
- Reporting & Visualization product development
- Prior experience with agile/incremental development approaches and cross-functional work environments
